| You're the God of this city You're the King of these people You're the Lord of this nation You Are
For there is no one like our God There is no one like our God
You're the strength in our weakness You're the love to the broken You're the joy in the sadness You Are

| i'm sorry, this is rather self-centered. but it's also to benefit me because i tend to forget what i want/need when people ask. innae's christmas list: house slippers (megan) scarf/glove set robe, the towel-y kind.
... see, now i just forgot the thing i wanted that made me start this post in the first place!! bah. ------- edit: i remembered :) a 'hug me mug.' |

| yes, not a real word from a so-called journalist. but that's cool. at the end of the nights here i find that my heart's racing and my thoughts don't always make sense. Don't overanalyze what I just said though - my stories usually aren't THAT urgent and breath-taking. my heart's usually beating faster because I don't have as much time as I would like to finish the package and make it quality - since i need to allot time for my photographer to edit. such is the timing in the reporting world. i was pretty proud of one story i did this week though - a water company wasn't taking care of its customers. the water that was coming into the houses was rusty red. hopefully they took notice and will do something to help. working through thanksgiving (every single day!) so send lots of turkey love and wishes my way. haha. |
